Pop Up Blocker
I keep getting a pop up blocker notification when someone tries to instant
message me.
You can go to tools and turn off your pop up blocker or just allow pop ups
from this site.
Yahoo also has it's own pop up blocker you may turn off.
Google also has it's own pop up blocker you can turn off.
I do not have a webcam
You do not need a webcam to chat with other members. Most older
webcams were hard to install or did not work. If you want an easy to
use quick install cam get the cheapest Logitech (around $20).
I look grainy on my webcam
Most cams that are built into a laptop do not do much for your
appearance, especially with low lighting. If you want to look good on
cam we recommend buying a Logitech at any office supply store and installing
it. It will allow you to adjust lighting, contrast and color and also
will not require much lighting. It makes you look a lot better than
the built in cams.
How do I install a video?
You may upload a video from your desktop or you may record one of your
own with your webcam. We have a video recorder for you and you may use
this in conjunction with your cam to take a picture or to record a video for
your profile.
Chat History
Your chat history will show you your chat history for the last 30 days.
If you leave yourself logged into the website when you are away from your
computer, it will also record who has tried to chat with you while you were
away and what they said. If you are not logged into the site, members
cannot chat with you or leave you a chat message.
Missing Mail
It said I got a mail notification but when I checked my mail there was no
message.
If we delete a member because we have found them to be a spammer it also
erases there mail they have already sent to members.
How do I delete my profile?
We do not have a delete profile button at this time. You may hide your profile and let us know through email that you would like it deleted.
Uploading Photos
To upload a photo it must be a jpeg, bmp or gif. If you try to
upload a text file or any other file type it will not upload. Your
photo must be under 5 megs. If you have problems you may send us the
photo in an email and we can change the format and upload it for you.
Some of the buttons on this site are not working
