Distance is not an issue – I work from a laptop so as long as I have a high speed connection, I can work from just about anywhere. I would like to meet someone who is interested in having a friendship and relationship. By the way, GG stands for golf girl (Yahoo doesn't allow for nicknames) because I enjoy golfing.
What to say about myself? …lots of fun, very outgoing, extremely adventurous but at the same time well grounded. I have always loved sports and being active. I am a pretty decent golfer and I really enjoy a variety of other activities like skeet shooting, camping, watching the NFL on Sundays, dressing up and going to the City for dinner and theater. And sometimes, I like staying home, cooking and snuggling on the couch to watch a good movie. I also have a passion for gardening and decorating/remodeling. I am a passionate person…about many things. Given my personality, I have found that I am generally more interested in men in their mid to late 40’s.
My daughter recently left home for college so I am ready for yet another adventure in my life. I have been fortunate to have traveled to many places in the world and been able to try a lot of things like Parasailing in Mexico and climbing the Eiffel tower in Paris. I’ve got my big house up for sale now. I am looking to down-size and simplify my life. I have learned that I don’t need all those material things to be happy. I’m looking forward to more financial freedom in my life. My dream - - living in a little house with a big porch facing the ocean. Just kicking up my feet, listening to the waves and watching the sun set with perhaps a delicious cocktail in hand and a good man sitting next to me.
I am looking for a man that is interested in having a mutually loving and giving relationship. I’m also looking for a man who is a giver like me. Just love spoiling the people in my life. And one who, like me, is verbally and physically affectionate.
I don’t hang out at the bars and well not really much into the single scene. But I do love to go out and enjoy life as much as possible. Life is short and I want to live it to the fullest and try to keep the stress, drama and negativity to a minimum. Hey, we all have issues and sorry, yes, especially at this age we all have some baggage. I guess it’s just how we have learned to deal with it. I’m not perfect and not expecting perfect.
