I understand and agree I may not use the website
unless I have a current phone number by which Singles
Talk may contact me. I understand West Coast Singles to verify contact membership sign up
information.
I understand that any members that I have chosen have
the right to either respond to or decline a date with
me. I further understand that West Coast Singles does
not perform any investigation into its members and
therefore I agree to release and to hold West Coast Singles harmless from any claim or liability arising
from my membership in West Coast Singles, or arising
from or connected to the actions of any person whom I
have come into contact with as a result of my
membership in West Coast Singles.
I further understand that West Coast Singles may
terminate my membership for any of the following
reasons:
(1) Failure to comply fully with the terms of my
agreement with West Coast Singles, including, but not
limited to: material misrepresentation of any
information concerning myself. In the event of such
termination.(2) Upon written notice from West Coast Singles
that they, in their sole discretion, do not believe
that my continued membership is in the best interests
of West Coast Singles.
In the event that legal action is commenced to
enforce the terms of this agreement, I agree to pay
all court costs including attorney's fees, and all
costs of collection. This agreement shall be
interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State
of California. I agree that any legal action
concerning this agreement shall be conducted in the
State or Federal Courts located in Sacramento County,
California.
I agree it is great to be on a free site as no one
should have to pay fees to meet someone.
