When I exercise, I want to feel my heart race and my body being pushed, but I also like hiking a mountain with beautiful views, kayaking on glassy water or walking on a beautiful beach.
I have a positive attitude, but am not afraid of looking at difficult things and working through challenges.
I try to keep the bigger picture in sight so as not to get distracted by too many details.
