Biking
Never really thought about why I like biking so much til now. The road biking is fairly new, but I've been Mt biking for years. I guess I like it because its great exercise and makes me feel good. I can do by myself or in a group, and I'm not confined to one place like the gym. I would love to meet others to ride with.

Hiking
Its great to get out and explore, see amazing scenery, hang out with friends, take the dog for a walk and get a great workout all in one. What's not to like!
